ProfileRequirements: Up to 2 Years of Experience in sales, customer success, account management, client relations, or call center environments preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Must have experience and knowledge in forex trading, financial services, fintech, or trading platforms. Strong relationship-building and active listening skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and managing follow-up conversations. Ability to explain processes clearly and confidently. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities. Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Core responsibilities: Follow up with new clients who have registered but have not yet made their initial deposit. Contact clients with incomplete or pending KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and assist them through the verification process. Engage with clients who have completed verification but have not funded their trading accounts. Guide clients through the deposit process while answering questions and addressing concerns. Re-engage inactive clients and encourage them to resume trading activity. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Educate clients on platform features, account setup, and available resources. Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to improve their overall experience. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system. Meet daily activity goals, including outbound calls, follow-ups, emails, and messages. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently. Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and industry developments.
