understanding metrics, analysing trends, and making data-driven decisions.\nExperience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).\nDeep understanding of software development lifecycle, technical architecture, API design, and ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineering teams.\nUnderstanding of modern technologies including AI/ML applications, cloud-native architectures, microservices, data pipelines, and integration patterns and where AI can enhance product value and user experience.\nDeep understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.\nExperience collaborating with customer success teams and understanding customer lifecycle management.\nUnderstanding of cloud-based SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and monetization approaches.\nAwareness of security and compliance considerations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, data privacy) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).\nExcellent presentation and storytelling skills to create compelling product cases, documentation, and communicate product vision to diverse audiences.\nBachelor's Degree / Master's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nStrong business acumen and understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, costs, and profitability.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills-ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly and make difficult trade-off decisions.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.\nCustomer-centric mindset with passion for solving real problems and delivering value.\nStrategic thinking combined with attention to detail and execution excellence.\nAbility to balance long-term vision with short-term execution and quick wins.\nCore responsibilities:\nDefines and maintains a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.\nDevelops and manages the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.\nConducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities and threats.\nMakes data-driven prioritization decisions and clearly communicates the rationale to stakeholders.\nDefines success metrics and KPIs for product features and tracks performance against goals.\nDemonstrates thought leadership by recommending innovative product approaches and opportunities.\nCustomer Success & Feature Delivery\nDeeply understands customer needs, pain points, and workflows through research, interviews, and data analysis.\nTranslates customer insights into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.\nWorks closely with engineering and design teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.\nValidates that delivered features solve customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.\nGathers and analyses customer feedback post-launch to inform future iterations.\nDelights customers with features that exceed expectations and solve real problems elegantly.\nBuilds relationships with key customers to deeply understand their business objectives and success criteria.\nParticipates in customer onboarding sessions and quarterly business reviews to gather direct feedback and validate product direction.\nMonitors customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) and works with customer success team to address adoption challenges.\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management\nActively collaborates with engineering teams during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nPartners with design to create exceptional user experiences that balance usability with technical constraints.\nWorks with sales and marketing to ensure go-to-market alignment and effective positioning.\nCollaborates with customer success to understand adoption challenges and support needs.\nCommunicates product updates, decisions, and roadmap changes clearly to all stakeholders.\nFacilitates discussions and drives consensus when faced with competing priorities or trade-offs.\nShares product insights, market trends, and best practices across the organisation.\n Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
