ProfileRequirements: Min. 2 years of professional social media experience, ideally within fitness, health, wellness, personal training or another consumer-facing brand. Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, including scheduling, Reels/short-form video, Stories and platform-specific content. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, audience engagement and content performance. Strong organisational and content-planning skills, with the ability to manage a structured publishing calendar and multiple content streams. Highly proactive, creative and commercially minded, with the ability to work closely with a Director and content team and turn ideas and raw assets into consistent social output. Core responsibilities: Plan and structure the social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, ensuring a consistent flow of content throughout the week. Oversee the scheduling and publishing of approved posts, videos, Reels, Stories and other content across relevant platforms. Work with the Director and video/content team to determine how available footage and assets should be distributed across social channels. Repurpose existing content into appropriate social formats, ensuring each piece is optimised for its intended platform and audience. Monitor social media trends, platform updates, content formats and algorithm changes, identifying relevant opportunities for The Performance Club. Research fitness, training, wellness, personal branding and competitor content to identify topics and formats that could increase engagement and reach. Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance, providing regular insights to the Director. Proactively identify gaps in the content calendar and opportunities to improve the quantity, quality and consistency of social output, working with the team to ensure content is produced and scheduled ahead of time.\nBenefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
