functional websites using Webflow or WordPress.\n\n- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.\n\n- Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.\n\n- Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.\n\n- Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/WordPress capabilities.\n\n- Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth hand-off and deployment.\n\n- Design and build landing pages and websites for brands\n\n- Apply UI/UX best practices\n\n- Ensure responsive and fast-loading pages\n\nNo-Code Mastery : \n\n- Advanced skills in WordPress/Loveable/Webflow (interactions, CMS, complex animations) and/or Framer (React-based components, CMS setups)\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Pixel-perfect, responsive implementation (mobile-first)\n\n- Clean code practices and performance optimization (SEO, speed)\n\n- Basic knowledge of Git for version control\n\n- Mobile-first mindset and strong focus on performance (load speed, responsiveness)\n\n- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, embeds, and integrations (no full coding experience required)\n\nFreelance Fit : \n\n- Proven experience managing project-based work (end-to-end delivery)\n\n- Strong communication skills and responsiveness\n\n- Portfolio demonstrating both custom WordPress and Webflow/Framer projects\n\nBonus Points (Nice-to-Have) : \n\n- Experience with headless WordPress setups\n\n- Familiarity with GSAP or Lottie animations\n\n- UI/UX design sensibilities to suggest technical improvements\n\n- Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.\n\n- Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.\n\nOptimization & Maintenance : \n\n- Ensure website performance, SEO readiness, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.\n\n- Conduct regular audits to maintain scalability and improve user experience.\n\n- Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve the site's overall stability.\n\nQualifications & Skills : \n\n12+ years of experience in UI/UX design and Webflow development (agency or startup experience preferred).\n\n- Advanced proficiency in Loveable/WordPress/Webflow, Figma, Wized, Xano, and Memberstack.\n\n- Strong understanding of API integration, CMS management, and no-code automation.\n\n- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.\n\n- Experience with AWS hosting, SEO optimization, and conversion-focused design is a plus.\n\n- Exceptional communication and project management skills.\n\n- A portfolio
