Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for data entry and updates\nExperience handling customer communications via phone and email\nAbility to accurately enter and maintain records such as dates, customer details, and delivery status\nBilingual in English and Spanish, with a C1 level\nAuthorization to work in the Dominican Republic\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to follow instructions and work
