This role ensures continuous clinical and administrative operations through rapid incident resolution, system maintenance, and data protection.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTechnical Support: Resolve 1st-level issues via ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceDesk) for PCs, software, and clinical peripherals (barcode scanners, medical printers); triage tickets by clinical urgency.\n\nSystems & HMIS Administration: Support Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS), ERP software, Active Directory permissions.\n\nInfrastructure & Maintenance: Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, and access points;
