We are looking for a Legal intern. To prepare and pursue recovery claims against municipalities / government entities arising from potholes by gathering evidence, assessing liability, compiling litigation-ready files, to maximize recoveries for the insurer and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Determine if the government is liable
- Gather Supporting Evidence
- Draft the litigation sheet for the firm
- Matric or equivalent
- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in LLB, Business administration or related qualifications
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to:
- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Unemployed in the last 2 months
