In this role, you won't just write scripts; you will balance a strong foundation in manual exploratory testing with the adoption of cutting-edge AI automation tools. You will be responsible for designing thoughtful test strategies, manually validating complex user journeys, and leveraging low-code/AI tools (like UiPath, Gemini, or Claude) to scale our automation loops and ensure \"zero critical bugs\" reach production.\nWe think you’ll be a good fit if you have:\nSalesforce & CPQ Domain Expertise (Mandatory): 4+ years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Quote) platforms and workflows.\n\nAutomation & AI Integration: Experience in test automation, with an openness or early experience in leveraging AI tools (like Claude, Gemini, or UiPath) to speed up test creation and manual test case generation.\n\nAutomation: Proficiency in high-performance low-code platforms like UiPath or Playwright and APIs, with a focus on integrating these with AI Agent Builders.\n\nAgentic Systems Knowledge: An understanding of how to test and govern AI agents, ensuring they operate predictably, ethically, and securely.\n\nArchitectural Vision: Ability to translate complex business and technical realities into automated strategies that support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) at scale.\n\nLeadership Approach: A highly collaborative approach, with a track record of building consensus and driving action.
