deployments, and releases.\n\n Troubleshoot defects, perform testing, and optimise solution performance.\n\n Develop reusable components, accelerators, and technical documentation.\n\n Follow engineering standards, security requirements, and architectural principles.\n\n Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.\n\n Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of AI development practices.\n\nEssential Requirements\n\n 2–5 years of software development experience.\n\n Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.\n\n Good understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n Practical experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents.\n\n Experience with API integrations, authentication, and security principles.\n\n Experience testing, debugging, and supporting AI solutions.\n\n Proven experience delivering technology solutions within an enterprise environment.\n\n A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n Advantageous Skills\n\n Microsoft Power Platform.\n\n Azure Functions and Logic Apps.\n\n Microsoft Graph and custom connectors.\n\n Microsoft Fabric.\n\n DevOps and CI/CD practices.\n\n Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar languages.\n\nPreferred Certifications\n\n Microsoft Applied Skills: Build AI Apps with Azure AI Foundry.\n\n Microsoft Copilot Studio certification.\n\n Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.\n\n Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.\n\n Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\n A technically strong, hands-on AI practitioner who can build
