Responsibilities\n\n Test Planning and Quality Engineering\n\n Automation and Digital Solution Testing\n\n RPA and Intelligent Automation\n\n Power Platform Solutions\n\n AI and Copilot Solutions\n\n API and Integration Testing\n\n AI Quality Assurance Responsibilities\n\n Test Automation and Continuous Quality Engineering\n\n Quality Management\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nEssential\n\n Software testing, quality assurance, and test automation frameworks.\n\n Functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end process testing.\n\n Power Platform, RPA, AI Agent, and Copilot testing concepts.\n\n Defect management, Agile delivery methodologies, and continuous quality engineering.\n\nAdvantageous\n\n Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.\n\n Azure DevOps, PowerShell, SQL, REST APIs, performance testing, security testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExperience\n\n 3-5 years of experience testing enterprise solutions.\n\n Experience testing automation, workflow, Power Platform, APIs, and integrations.\n\n Experience working in Agile delivery teams and with test automation frameworks.\n\n Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, Generative AI agents, chatbots, or Copilot solutions is advantageous.\n\nQualifications\n\n Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.\n\nCertifications\n\n Mandatory\n\n ISTQB Foundation Certification.\n\nPreferred\n\n Microsoft Power Platform Certification: PL-100 and/or PL-200.\n\n Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent.\n\n Test automation-related certification.\n\n Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).\n\n Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
