The Role

Overjet is seeking an exceptional Product Leader to own and scale our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product vertical. As the Head of Product for RCM, you will take a foundational product that customers already love and scale it into a flagship multi-product portfolio, defining the strategy and driving execution required for long-term impact and growth.

As a key leader on the Product team, you will own the RCM product suite end-to-end. You’ll set the vision and roadmap, make high-leverage prioritization decisions, and serve as a strategic partner to Engineering, Go-To-Market, and executive leadership. You will have the opportunity to build, hire, and develop world-class teams as the RCM product suite scales focused on driving outcomes, not just shipping features.

This role is ideal for someone who has led multi-product B2B SaaS portfolios, understands how to translate customer needs and business economics into strategy, and brings the executive presence required to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for the RCM product suite as it expands into a multi-product platform

• Lead, hire, and grow a team of product managers over time

• Drive strategic prioritization across modules based on market, economics, pricing power, and customer needs

• Act as the primary product conduit between executive leadership, GTM partners, and product teams

• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market strategy and execution

• Ensure product fundamentals are strong: high-quality SaaS workflows that scale

• Think holistically across the suite, including platform-level strategy that connects the products

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple products or product lines within a B2B SaaS environment

• Domain specific experience with RCM, dental tech, or health tech is strongly preferred

• Experience managing and developing product managers or product leads

• Strong business acumen: ability to connect market context, economics, and prioritization into a clear strategy

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience in fintech, healthcare, or ERP/billing/admin workflow software is a plus

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet - which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City, and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
