Come join us!\nThe Role\nProvider Network Management (PNM) is how payers and dental service organizations build, maintain, and monitor their networks of dentists and specialists. It covers credentialing, recredentialing, ongoing monitoring, provider enrollment, directory accuracy, and network adequacy. Today it is slow, expensive, and heavily manual. A single payer application can take 1-2 hours to complete, and teams spend their days pulling data from state boards, federal databases, and provider documents.\nAs Lead PM for PNM, you’ll own this 0-1 product area end to end: problem definition, strategy, prioritization, and execution. You’ll work on complex, data-heavy workflows where AI can take over primary source verification, application prep, roster management, and monitoring.
