You will focus on enabling high-quality, effective delivery across existing and upcoming customer-facing programs. In this role, you will help define and execute strategic priorities related to program success and work across the entire team to ensure that company-level goals are achieved. You will work hand-in-hand with our engineering and product teams on a generational opportunity to build a critical capability, and the business to deliver it, during an urgent time.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn successful delivery of outcomes on multiple programs simultaneously.\nEstablish and lead effective program governance (e.g., stakeholder communication, update rhythms, customer engagements, milestone management, program measurement).\nEnsure that programs are performed on time and on budget.\nDevelop enduring relationships with external and internal program stakeholders; be the face of Overland AI in external meetings and onsite with customers.\nCoordinate and create documents in support of the program (e.g., charters, design reviews, project plans)\nWork cross-functionally with engineering teams to deliver technical content.\nDevelop monthly program financial reports and forecast models.\n\nInfluence the company’s strategy and growth.\nWork cross-functionally to develop statements of work and support proposal development.\nDefine and execute growth strategies for current and follow-on contracts.\nSupport the product roadmap by being the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs and requirements.\nAlign programmatic objectives with other company initiatives to maximize overall engineering contributions.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, an Engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience as a Program Manager.\nAbility to obtain a US government security clearance.\nDesired Experience & Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or an Engineering discipline.\n5 years of operational US military experience.\n2 years of experience fielding software or hardware products to real operating environments in deep-tech, defense, or high-growth start-up domains.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver successful outcomes on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced operating environment.\nDemonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.\nEffective communicator with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally.\nFamiliarity with large-scale DoD procurement programs and contract deliverables execution.\nFamiliarity with software development lifecycles.\nFamiliarity with ground autonomy systems.\nBenefits:\nOverland AI believes in creating a work environment that you look forward to embracing every day.\nThe salary range for this position is $130K to $180K annually.\nEquity compensation.\nBest-in-class healthcare, dental and vision plans.\nUnlimited PTO.\n401k with company match.\nParental leave.\nLocation:\nThis position is located in Seattle, WA.
