This highly collaborative, client-facing role translates business and client reporting requirements into accurate, actionable reports and dashboards, supporting the launch and ongoing operations of our patient services programs.\nOur technology environment includes Salesforce, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Tableau. This position focuses on reporting requirements, data quality validation, and visualization development, partnering with BI Engineers who are responsible for data integration, transformation, and underlying infrastructure.\nCore Duties/Responsibilities:\nBusiness Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement\nLead requirements-gathering sessions with internal stakeholders and external clients to define reporting objectives, KPIs, and data requirements.\nTranslate requirements into documented reporting specifications, including data definitions, calculation methodologies, business rules, and acceptance criteria.\nManage requirements through the development lifecycle, including stakeholder reviews, testing, and final acceptance.\nData Quality, Validation & Analysis\nValidate the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data in reports and dashboards, using SQL to investigate discrepancies and reconcile results across source systems and the data warehouse.\nDevelop and execute validation test cases; document discrepancies and coordinate remediation with BI Engineers and data owners.\nEstablish repeatable validation and quality assurance procedures to improve reporting reliability and reduce manual testing.\nReporting & Dashboard Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that communicate operational performance, patient services program metrics, and client-specific KPIs; develop Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed.\nApply data visualization best practices, leveraging curated datasets and approved data models from BI Engineering.\nPerform user acceptance testing, coordinate stakeholder approvals, support deployment, and maintain documentation of report definitions and business logic.\nCollaboration, Governance & Continuous Improvement\nServe as primary liaison between business stakeholders, external clients, and BI Engineering; define requirements for new data elements and enhancements.\nSupport reporting governance through standardized KPI definitions, documented business rules, and consistent dashboard design, ensuring appropriate handling of protected health information (PHI).\nStreamline recurring reporting processes, support reporting for new patient services program launches, and train stakeholders on dashboard use and self-service reporting.\nSkills & Requirements:\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting, with demonstrated ownership of reporting deliverables.\nStrong experience gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements with internal stakeholders and/or external clients.\nHands-on Tableau proficiency, including interactive dashboards, calculated fields, filters, and parameters.\nStrong SQL proficiency, including data validation and reconciliation of reporting results.\nDemonstrated data quality validation experience and ability to translate business needs into clear specifications, KPI definitions, and acceptance criteria.\nAbility to independently manage deliverables from requirements gathering through development, testing, and stakeholder acceptance.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience with external clients to define and deliver reporting requirements.\nHealthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, or other regulated-industry reporting experience; familiarity with HIPAA and PHI handling.\nExperience with Salesforce CRM reporting and dashboards.\nExperience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse; working knowledge of dbt and Fivetran.\nExperience developing reporting templates, data dictionaries, or KPI definitions, or automating recurring reporting and validation.\nEducation, Certifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nTableau, Salesforce, or Business Analysis certification is a plus.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAs a remote-forward organization, this position operates in a virtual professional office environment and teleworking from the employee’s home address listed in their employment file.\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nKeyboarding\nSpeaking\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times\nFlexibility of working hours to support activities across EST to PST zones\nMinimal travel possible\nOur PRO-spectus Culture Philosophy\nAt PRO-spectus we have created a culture that is supportive, dedicated, and teamwork driven.
