In this role, you will maintain and optimize over 100 AI vision inspection cameras installed across customer facilities in Bac Ninh and assist with new production line deployments.\nThis role calls for strong industrial automation expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple customer sites. As the dedicated local expert, you will act as the primary technical contact for Bac Ninh customers, ensuring swift and reliable support as well as optimal system performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Maintenance & Support\nMaintain and optimize 100+ Overview.ai vision inspection cameras across Bac Ninh customer sites\n\nProvide rapid troubleshooting to minimize production downtime\n\nPerform regular preventive maintenance and system health checks\n\nOversee and coordinate a small team of contractors for routine tasks\n\nTechnical Deployment & Integration\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Overview.ai vision inspection systems on new production lines\n\nWork with various PLC platforms and protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, and OPC UA\n\nEnsure seamless integration of AI inspection systems with factory automation equipment\n\nUse multimeters and oscilloscopes to diagnose and fix electrical and signal quality issues\n\nCustomer Support & Training\nDeliver on-site technical support and guidance to customers\n\nConduct training programs for customer staff on operation and basic troubleshooting\n\nBuild trusted partnerships with factory teams, production management, and technical staff\n\nDocument and report recurring issues to enhance product features\n\nSystem Optimization\nAddress technical challenges such as double triggering, camera response problems, or lighting inconsistencies\n\nAdjust PLC ladder logic as needed to resolve integration issues\n\nRefine inspection parameters to decrease false rejects while ensuring high detection accuracy\n\nCollaborate with headquarters engineering teams for system improvements\n\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline\n\n3+ years of experience in automation, with proficiency across multiple PLC systems\n\nPractical experience troubleshooting electrical circuits using diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes)\n\nStrong understanding of electrical concepts, including NPN/PNP sensor technology and signal conditioning\n\nFamiliarity with PLC ladder logic and ability to make necessary modifications\n\nExperience managing contractors or small technical teams\n\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA)\n\nCapability to modify circuits (e.g., resistors, capacitors) to resolve signal problems\n\nKnowledge of machine vision lighting and triggering systems\n\nExcellent practical diagnostic and problem-solving skills\n\nLanguage & Communication\nWorking proficiency in English for technical documentation and coordination with HQ\n\nStrong communication skills for client and team interactions\n\nMandarin language proficiency is an extremely strong plus\n\nVietnamese language proficiency is a strong plus, but not required\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI-based or automated vision inspection systems\n\nFamiliarity with automotive or electronics manufacturing environments\n\nPrior knowledge of Overview.ai platforms or similar systems\n\nExperience in high-volume
