The work is primarily on the factory floor. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will take part in on-site installation and debugging, handle image capture, lighting and lens adjustment, AI model data collection and optimization, and solution validation, and support customer training and project delivery. As you gain experience, you will gradually take independent ownership of on-site projects.\nWe are looking for someone with a solid engineering foundation and some working knowledge of vision inspection and automation, a strong ability to learn, and the initiative to analyze and resolve issues on site. Candidates who already have some advanced knowledge and want to keep growing in a real production-line environment are especially welcome.\nKey Responsibilities\nHandle on-site installation, debugging, and maintenance of vision systems at customer factories.\n\nAdjust cameras, lenses, and lighting, capture images, and tune inspection performance to a production-ready level.\n\nSupport AI model data collection and optimization, and complete system deployment following standard processes.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve on-site vision, networking, and automation issues, working independently and escalating promptly when needed.\n\nTrain the customer's operations and quality staff on daily use and basic troubleshooting.\n\nKeep thorough on-site records and organize each project's configuration and know-how into reusable references.\n\nRequirements\nAssociate degree (大专) or above in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics & Automation, or a related field.\n\nSome understanding of machine vision or automation (basic to intermediate); relevant internship or project experience is a plus.\n\nStrong hands-on ability, willing to be based at factory sites and travel as needed, and comfortable working in an on-site environment.\n\nStrong ability to learn, proactive in working through problems, and open to asking questions and learning.\n\nStrong sense of responsibility, well-organized, and able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.\n\nMandarin is the working language;
