yours.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn the full design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and impactful user experiences\nLead key design initiatives across Apps Platform products and help drive platform-level design strategy\nCollaborate closely with Product, R&D, stakeholders, and the Director of Product Design to define, shape, and execute the product vision\nDrive and initiate strategic thinking by participating in product vision, discovery, and planning sessions to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement\nBalance deep, long-term product design work with fast-paced concepting when needed\nDevelop and evolve the Design System, maintaining quality and consistency across Overwolf’s products\nMentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and supporting design excellence across the team\nRequirements\n6+ years of product design experience hands-on, with end-to-end ownership of complex projects and some leadership experience\nExperience designing for developer-facing or technical platforms, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive experiences\nComfortable switching between deep product work and fast-paced concepting\nStrong grasp of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and design systems\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, self-driven mindset and strong ownership of the product experience.\nA gamer at heart, with a strong understanding of the mindset, needs, and habits of our audience\nBA in Visual Communication or a related field\nBonus Points\nExperience designing for gaming products or gamer-facing experiences\nBackground in leading design initiatives or guiding other designers\nThinks in grids, dreams in gradients,
