assistants, and front desk personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.\nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the Studio’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies.\nPrepare regular reports on the Studio’s activities, financial performance, and operational metrics for management review.\nImplement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.\nCoordinate and optimize the appointment scheduling system to maximize productivity while maintaining excellent patient care.\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels of medical and aesthetic supplies, equipment, and products, ensuring their availability and proper storage.\nCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination and communication between the clinical and administrative aspects of the Studio.\nConduct regular staff meetings to facilitate effective communication, address concerns, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.\nManage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service.\nOversee the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and enhance client retention.\nEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, privacy laws, and licensing requirements. \nSkills, Knowledge, & Expertise\n3+ years management experience.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-oriented collaborative team environment.\nSocial media management experience.\nAbility to function independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees.\nTeam player mentality.\nStrong sense of ownership and urgency.\nExtremely detail oriented.\nSelf-starter and passion for learning.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nMedical CRM/Zenoti experience a plus.\nBachelor’s degree or
