It is the point at which trust is created or lost, and where part-level gaps become immediately visible.\nChat combines direct commercial impact (conversion, GMV uplift, leakage reduction) with deep product insight. Chat interactions reveal why buyers hesitate, what information they cannot find, and which part attributes or listing elements need improvement. As a Product Manager for Chat, you will own both commercial business metrics and the signals engine that generates insights for the product teams.\nIN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL\nOwn the roadmap: Decide how messaging/chat products evolve, what features need to be built to maximize the value that the chat brings to our users.\n\nLead discovery: Spend significant time with sellers and buyers digging into their pain points, testing new ideas and features,and combing through data to identify long-termand short-term opportunities.\n\nTranslate insights into initiatives: Turn user and data findings into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.\n\nExecution: Work hands-on with engineers, designers, support, and AMs to deliver high-quality features on time.\n\nMeasure impact: Track KPIs like product adoption, system performance for already existing systems and come up with new metrics to measure net new features that you will roll out.\n\nAct as the bridge: Align internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Support, Legal, Security, Account Management, Data and the Design).\n\nChampion the user: Advocate for solutions that create a satisfying user experience for the seller and help their employees perform their daily duties efficiently.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n3+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP or workflow management software products.\n\nHands-on experience with experimentation: forming hypotheses, running A/B tests and interpreting results.\n\nYou treat strategy as a hypothesis and adjust quickly when data or users prove you wrong.\n\nStrong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to get your hands dirty working in a real scrap yard environment to better understand the challenges and flows that Ovoko sellers are going through every day.\n\nStructured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear, actionable steps.\n\nStrong technical insight -
