Then this role could be for you.\nAs a Functional Safety Manager, you will lead and coordinate functional safety activities for safety-critical semiconductor components used in autonomous and ADAS systems. Working closely with the global functional safety (FuSa) team and mixed-signal design teams (including Image Sensors), you will ensure that safety concepts are properly defined, implemented, verified, and compliant with ISO 26262 requirements across the product lifecycle.\nYou will act as the central point of contact for functional safety within your projects, driving execution, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage functional safety activities across projects in accordance with ISO 26262\nOwn and manage the safety plan, ensuring timely delivery of all FuSa work products\nDefine and manage FuSa requirements and own the technical safety concept \nEnsure effective implementation and continuous improvement of safety mechanisms in OMNIVISION products (PMIC, CIS, MCU)\nCoordinate and drive safety analysis activities (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA) and fault injection campaigns\nEnsure product compliance with corporate functional safety processes and methodologies\nAct as the main interface for functional safety in cross-functional engineering meetings and towards customer\nLead internal and external assessments and audits, ensuring product compliance with ISO 26262\nTrack safety metrics, risks, and issues, and report status to stakeholders\nCollaborate with global design, verification, quality, and program management teams\nGenerate and review safety documentation and drive continuous process improvements\nProvide training and guidance to global teams on safety processes and best practices\nRequirements:\nYou MUST have-\nMinimum B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering\nAt least 4+ years of functional safety experience in the semiconductor industry\nStrong experience with ISO 26262 and functional safety lifecycle management\nHands-on experience with safety analysis methods and tools (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA)\nExperience leading safety activities within cross-functional development projects\nExcellent communication, leadership, project management, and presentation skills\nStrong organizational skills, self-driven, quality-minded, and detail-oriented\nExcellent command of English as a working language\nYou MUST provide a cover letter outlining your desire to move to, live, and work in Oslo, Norway\nYou should have-\nExperience with CMOS image sensors and CPU architectures\nMixed-signal design background\nKnowledge of
