This role provides strategic project leadership, overseeing budgets, contracts, schedules, and team coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager also mentors project team members and helps drive consistency and excellence across the organization.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout\nOversee budgets, cost projections, pay applications, change management, and financial reporting\nDirect subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract execution\nPartner with superintendents and preconstruction teams to develop schedules, sequencing plans, and project strategies\nCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction challenges\nEnsure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all project activities\nManage risk by proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies\nMentor and support Project Managers and project team members to strengthen overall performance\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)\n10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven success leading complex projects\nStrong expertise in project financial management, contracts, scheduling, and construction operations\nIn-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and documentation processes\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor others\nThe O-A-K Advantage\nWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including but not limited to salary, 401(k) profit sharing, paid time off, health insurance.
