Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors including experience, skills, education, and location.\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking a customer-focused, relationship-driven Customer Advocate to serve as the primary operational liaison for our hospital customers. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Account Executives and customer stakeholders to ensure exceptional service, contract compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong relationships and solving complex challenges are key to success.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary operational contact.\n\nManage day-to-day customer support and respond promptly to customer requests and operational needs.\n\nEnsure compliance with contractual agreements and service expectations.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to provide accurate, consistent information and seamless customer support.\n\nCoordinate hospital conversions and serve as the liaison between hospital leadership and internal departments.\n\nAnalyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities and improve customer performance.\n\nManage customer pricing, product conversions, contract compliance, and product substitutions.\n\nReview inventory levels, allocations, backorders, and critical product lists while partnering with customers on resolution plans.\n\nEstablish and maintain customer accounts, ship-to locations, and reporting requirements.\n\nGenerate and analyze customer reports, inventory reports, and sales analytics to support informed business decisions.\n\nSupport territory sales strategies by identifying opportunities to grow proprietary product utilization.\n\nMaintain accurate customer data across multiple systems.\n\nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree preferred.\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, sales, hospital distribution, supply chain, healthcare operations, or a related field.\n\nEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\n\nExperience working across multiple systems and reporting platforms.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to work on-site at customer locations as needed.\n\nComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\n\nWillingness to support additional duties as assigned.\n\nLimited travel may be required.\n\nIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
