For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.\nPosition Summary\nThe Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner to operational leadership and is responsible for driving employee relations, teammate engagement, performance management, talent initiatives, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides proactive HR guidance and support to leaders and teammates while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment aligned with company values and business objectives.\nCore Responsibilities \nWorks with the leadership team to provide strategic counsel regarding the unit's vision, mission, structure, processes and people. \nRecommends, designs, and facilitates implementation of solutions while also ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction.\nLeads HR services initiation, oversight and delivery for the business unit (employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, change management, talent management, decision support, etc.), coordinating with HR peers and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to deliver consistent services across the business units/organization.\nMaintain a visible and active presence within assigned business areas, conducting regular engagement touchpoints with leaders and teammates to proactively identify concerns, improve teammate experience, and strengthen workplace culture.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.\nPartners with the Total Rewards COE in implementing and administering competitive salary, benefits, incentives and recognition programs.\nPartner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent\nLeads staffing analysis, ensuring the right teammates are in the right place at the right time. Monitors turnover and temporary labor, ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective resources are being utilized.\nEnsure HR administrative compliance\nManages Performance Management and feedback processes with a focus on developing manager capability on employing these processes and obtaining best in class results. Delivers talent management processes aligned with corporate strategy.\nLeads the provision of proactive teammate relations guidance and counsel to business unit leadership.
