For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.\nPosition Summary\nThe Program Manager leads the process automation delivery function, managing the Process Engineer and Execution Project Managers to drive process improvement and deployment execution. Partners with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Manager to ensure architected solutions are grounded in sound process design and executed smoothly through go-live and stabilization.\nCore Responsibilities\nOversee process analysis and improvement work feeding into automation initiatives\nBuild business cases for process improvements, including cost/benefit analysis\nOwn execution-stage program management across deployment, cutover, and stabilization\nPartner with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Managers to align process design with solution architecture\nTrack program-level metrics: savings, throughput, and ROI across execution workstreams\nEscalate resource, risk, and timeline issues to the Director of Process Automation\nBuild and maintain the process automation execution roadmap in partnership with leadership\nTravel up to 50%\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields\n5-7+ years in program management required, with experience in both process engineering and operations management\nExperience managing a team spanning process engineering and program execution\nExperience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferred.\nExperience with WMS integration are a plus\nExperience with PowerBI. and Smart Sheets are a plus\nAdvanced Excel Skills \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nTrack record delivering process improvement and automation initiatives at scale\nStrong stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams\nFamiliarity with WMS, robotics, or physical automation technologies\nIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
