The Safety and Training Coordinator will promote safety and standard operating procedure compliance as well as administer and maintain records for all training within the facility. When the coordinator is not training or doing safety functions, they will be assisting the warehouse teams with other responsibilities including order picking or inbound/outbound work.\nShift: 2nd Shift Monday- Friday (flexibility to work any shifts when needed is required (Some weekends required)\n\nRate is $23.89 per hour plus shift differential\n\nCore Job Responsibilities:\nAdministers teammate on-boarding training program and performs audits of training programs.\n\nAssigns and schedules required training for new/existing teammates.\n\nUses various teammate meetings to communicate and emphasize safety initiatives and messages.\n\nMaintains all training records for required regulatory purposes and all training records for mandatory internally required classes/training.\n\nWorks as a key resource with individuals and groups to improve performance and standards within the facility.\n\nWill assist warehouse staff with various responsibilities when not handling safety or training duties.\n\nMust have open availability to work 1st and 2nd shift.\n\nRequirements:\nAt minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience conducting safety and operational training for material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in a warehouse or distribution environment\n\nProven ability to onboard new employees and deliver structured training programs that align with standard operating procedures and safety regulations\n\nExperience evaluating trainee performance, performing training audits, and maintaining accurate training records for compliance purposes\n\n*This position is primarily hands on work and no more than 20% administrative duties\nIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
