The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Portal, SPM, SSO, Custom Applications, MID Server, and Flow Designer, along with deep knowledge of REST-based integrations.\nThis role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to deliver scalable solutions, and a proactive approach to automation and platform optimization within an enterprise environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.\nProvide hands-on development across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Portal, SPM, and Custom Applications.\nBuild and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using REST APIs, JSON, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.\nConfigure and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) integrations with external identity providers (e.g., Azure AD).\nWork with MID Server for integrations, discovery, and orchestration use cases.\nDevelop and optimize solutions using Flow Designer, workflows, and automation capabilities.\nCustomize forms, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and Service Portal widgets.\nMaintain and enhance CMDB data quality and support ITOM capabilities like Discovery and Service Mapping.\nDevelop and deploy custom applications using best practices and scoped application architecture.\nTroubleshoot platform issues, provide L2/L3 support, and ensure high availability and performance.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, release management, and platform upgrades.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.\nStrong expertise in:ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)\nCMDB & Asset Management fundamentals\nITOM (Discovery / Service Mapping - working knowledge preferred)\nService Portal development (widgets, pages, UI customization)\nSPM (Strategic Portfolio Management basics)\nFlow Designer and workflow automation\nCustom Application development (Scoped Apps)\n\nStrong experience with:SSO integration (SAML/OAuth, Azure AD preferred)\nMID Server setup and maintenance\n\nVery strong expertise in integrations:REST APIs (Inbound & Outbound)\nJSON/XML handling\nScripted REST APIs\nIntegrationHub spokes\n\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, Glide APIs, and JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Mandatory\nServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) - Preferred\nCertifications or exposure in CIS-ITSM/CIS-ITOM /CIS-SPM modules\n\nSoft Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and stakeholder management abilities\nAbility to work independently and within a team\nProactive mindset with focus on automation and continuous improvement\nKey Expectations from P2 Role:\nDeliver high-quality development with minimal supervision\nContribute to platform standardization and reusability\nActively identify and implement automation opportunities\nSupport junior developers and collaborate effectively with senior team members\nIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
