This role works closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support order management, logistics, shipping, billing, and customer service processes.\nThe ideal candidate is a technically strong SAP SD/LE consultant with hands-on configuration expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience participating in end-to-end SAP implementation and support engagements.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nSAP Configuration & Implementation\nConfigure SAP SD and Logistics Execution modules based on business requirements.\n\nParticipate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.\n\nPrepare functional specifications for custom developments.\n\nExecute configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment.\n\nSupport SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.\n\nBusiness Process Support\nSupport and optimize SAP OTC/LE business processes, including Customer Master, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, Shipping, Transportation, Intercompany Sales, and Third-Party Processing.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and recommend scalable, SAP standard solutions aligned with best practices.\n\nSAP Support\nProvide Level 2 and Level 3 production support,Troubleshotcomplex SAP functional issues.\n\nPerform root cause analysis, resolve defects within SLA timelines.\n\nSupport month-end and year-end business activities.\n\nDocumentation & Quality\nPrepare functional and configuration documentation, support testing and defect resolution, and ensure quality deliverables through effective change management.\n\nRequired\nSAP Expertise\nSAP OTC: Customer Master, Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, Output Management, and IDocs.\n\nSAP Logistics Execution (LE): Shipping, Picking, Packing, Transportation, Route Determination, and Goods Issue.\n\nSAP S/4HANA: Fiori, Business Partner, Output Management, and Embedded Analytics.\n\nCross-Functional Integration: Proven experience integrating SAP OTC/LE with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and external systems using Middleware, APIs, ALE/IDocs, and Web Services.\n\nPREFERRED SKILLS\nStrong SAP SD/LE configuration skills\n\nGood debugging and troubleshooting capability\n\nFunctional specification writing\n\nTest planning and execution\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nGood communication and stakeholder interaction\n\nAbility to work independently in a global delivery environment\n\nQualifications\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor's ormaster’sdegree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.\n\n7-10 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP SD/OTC and Logistics Execution.\n\nMinimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.\n\nExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is preferred.\n\nExperience in AMS, enhancements, rollout, and implementation engagements.\n\nIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
