Unloads, receives, and processes inbound shipments. Performs bin replenishment, moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing, and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks, packs, sorts and loads outbound products in accordance with customer specifications. Ensures warehouse functions are completed safely, accurately, and on-time within company standards.\nShifts\nMonday-Friday 8am start-finish\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nReceiving\nUnloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually using the pallet jack.\nAccurately counts, verifies, and receives product using radio frequency (RF) equipment and/or Voice Pick Technology; documents variances.\nLUM Picking\nSelects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt.\nRemoves empty cartons from pick module as needed.\nSortation\nPrepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product.\nMoves cartons and totes from conveyor belts and/or rollers and places on pallets and/or carts according to assigned batch.\nLoading\nUses RF scanner to ensure that totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto trucks for customer delivery.\nUses pallet jack to load pallets.\nGeneral requirements for all functions\nFollows general sequencing and process procedures.\nMaintains a safe and clean work environment.\nFollows safety policies and procedures and corrects or communicates hazards to management.\nPlaces incoming merchandise into inventory.\nConducts physical inventories as required.\nCounts and performs basic math calculations.\nMaintains productivity and quality standards.\nPerforms additional duties as directed.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nGeneral knowledge of a variety of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.)\nPrior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus \nWarehouse/Operations certification a plus\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet performance standards/individual performance goals\nGood attention to detail\nDependable and able to report to work as scheduled/have regular punctual attendance\nWillingness to learn how to use new material handling equipment\nWillingness to learn WMS Technology\nAbility to adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for safety rules and requirements received in training\nIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
