You’ll combine Technical problem-solving and software development to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nYou’ll:\nOwn implementations from discovery and solution design through build and configuration, testing, deployment, onboarding, UAT and production handover.\nBuild using technologies such as Python, React (Typescript) and Spring Boot.\nDesign and implement automated functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing within our delivery pipelines.\nBuild and manage GitHub Actions pipelines and support deployments across multiple environments, helping make releases reliable, repeatable and traceable.\nInvestigate and resolve complex operational and technical issues using a structured approach to troubleshooting, documentation and escalation.\nContribute to the design of new workflows, platform capabilities and defect fixes.\nWork directly with customers during demonstrations, onboarding and UAT, communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nHelp create reusable implementation standards, tooling and ways of working that continuously improve how we deliver for our customers.\nYou’ll have real ownership of the solutions you deliver and visible influence over our platform, customer experience and delivery outcomes.\nYour efforts will ensure our applications meet the diverse needs of global supply chains, contributing to our mission of creating sustainable, technology-driven solutions for worldwide trade.\nWhat We’re Looking for from You\nWe’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with an ability to understand processes, solve problems and take ownership of delivery.\nTo thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:\nA bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent relevant industry experience.\nHands-on proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with experience building, integrating, testing and troubleshooting production-quality tooling or platform extensions.\nExperience developing or working with products using React, Next.js, Material UI and React Query.\nExperience working with Python, Java 25 (Spring Boot 4), SQL, YAML, data and schema mapping, and system integrations\nHands-on experience with CI/CD and deployment automation, particularly GitHub Actions.\nExperience designing automated functional, integration, regression or end-to-end tests and incorporating these into delivery pipelines.\nStrong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with a structured approach to investigating and resolving complex issues.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts to customers and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with AWS, Terraform and authentication or identity technologies such as Auth0, OAuth 2.0 or SAML would also be beneficial.\n\nDon’t worry if you don’t have everything on this list.
