You will research target organizations, identify the right stakeholders and create qualified conversations through thoughtful, persistent outreach. Working closely with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams, you will help turn early interest into well-prepared sales opportunities while developing your consultative selling skills.\nIn particular, you will:\nProspecting\nIdentify target accounts (biotechs, CROs, mid-size pharma, VC), their decision-makers, their therapeutic areas, their pipelines and strategic AI organization and investment.\n\nBuild targeted and custom messages to reach outbound leads.\n\nGenerate qualified opportunities through outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone) and at trade shows and events.\n\nBuild relationships at several levels within key accounts, from R&D teams up to leadership.\n\nQualify all the inbounds leads and route or progress them appropriately..\n\nSupporting the sales team\nSupport Sales Directors on biotech, CRO, VC and mid-size pharma accounts.\n\nPrepare presentations, proposals and demos with the Technical Sales and Marketing teams.\n\nCoordinate internal meetings for demo (sales, product, support).\n\nPipeline management\nKeep the CRM (Salesforce and third partner CSM), forecasts and reporting up to date.\n\nContribute to market mapping and sales materials.\n\nVoice of the customer\nSynthesize customer feedback and share it with the Product team.\n\nJoin client meetings to learn consultative selling.\n\nAbout you\nRequired qualifications / experience:\nA first experience in business development, SDR or B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, data and/or life sciences.\n\nA real drive for prospecting: you love opening doors, following up and turning a first contact into a meeting.\n\nComfortable talking with scientific experts and senior decision-makers.\n\nRigorous and organized: you keep your CRM up to date proactively without being asked.\n\nFluent English, written and spoken.\n\nPreferred qualifications/bonus:\nA scientific background (biology, pharmacy, bioinformatics) or prior experience with biotechs, CROs or pharma companies.\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences).\n\nWhat we offer\nFlexible work organization\n\nFriendly and informal working environment\n\nOpportunity to work with an international team with high technical and scientific backgrounds\n\nRecruitment Process & Security\nPlease complete the form and submit your CV.\n\nOwkin is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
