In this role you'll be a dedicated sourcing engine, focused on market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to surface world-class technical talent before anyone else does.\nThis role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.\nThe impact you will have\nBuild and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.\n\nOwn market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives.\n\nDesign and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.\n\nLead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.\n\nTrack and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.\n\nMinimum requirements\n3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.\n\nDeep sourcing expertise: fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.\n\nA data-driven mindset: you track response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance and use that data to improve.\n\nExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage large pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously without dropping the ball.\n\nDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful: you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told.\n\nA growth mindset and a high standard: you care deeply about quality and are always looking to refine your craft.\n\nNotice - Employment Scams\nCommunication from our team regarding job opportunities will only be made by an Owner team member with an @owner.com email address.\nWe do not conduct interviews over email or chat platforms, and we will never ask you to provide personal or financial information such as your mailing address, social security number, credit card numbers or banking information.
