Do\nOwn the roadmap and full product lifecycle for customer-facing Web3 applications across web and mobile\nDesign and optimize user journeys across wallets, token flows, signing flows, transaction experiences, and on-chain interactions\nTranslate complex blockchain concepts, including wallets, permissions, signing, and token interactions, into intuitive product experiences\nWork closely with engineering on APIs, distributed systems, implementation details, system behavior, and edge cases\nBuild products supporting treasury management, collateral management, repo financing, trading workflows, and asset lifecycle management\nLeverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot to rapidly prototype, iterate, create mocks, and improve product specifications\nCollaborate with product, engineering, business, compliance, and institutional stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of Product Management experience\nHands-on experience in Web3, crypto, DeFi, digital assets, or blockchain-based products\nStrong understanding of blockchain transactions, wallet interactions, signing flows, permissions, token behavior, and on-chain systems\nExperience building Web3 applications, wallet experiences, tokenized products, blockchain-based user flows, or crypto platforms\nUnderstanding of financial systems and asset flows, including trading, treasury, collateral management, or tokenized assets\nStrong product ownership mindset with the ability to independently define, design, and iterate on product flows\nExperience working closely with engineering teams, APIs, distributed systems, and technical product environments\nHands-on use of AI tools for product design, prototyping, iteration, and workflow acceleration\nExcellent communication skills in English and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset\nBonus Points\nExperience with tokenized assets, digital securities, stablecoins, DeFi applications, trading systems, liquidity platforms, or settlement infrastructure\nFamiliarity with account abstraction, smart contract wallets, session keys, or blockchain security considerations\nExperience working with institutional financial clients, regulated financial environments, KYC / AML workflows, or financial infrastructure platforms\nExperience building mobile-first or responsive Web3
