You will work independently to both develop and manage the company’s financial and accounting processes and systems. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the management team across the following areas of responsibility: \n\nOversee all financial operations for both opco and propco (portfolio of real estate investment companies and associated structures)\n\nManage financial reporting for PropCo investors, including SEC filings / reports\n\nBuild and manage K1 tax reporting for our investorsAccounting for OpCo and PropCo\n\nManage annual audit for OpCo and PropCo\n\nManage entities (LLCs) and required state filings\n\nCash flow management\n\nWork with product & engineering teams in building company ledger and reporting\n\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\n\nManage third-party service providers\n\nHow You Will Grab Our Attention:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required\n\nMSc or MA will be a bonus, as well as CPA or other relevant certification\n\n5+ years of experience in accounting / finance in real estate sector\n\nOpCo / PropCo experience a plus\n\nStrong Excel skills\n\nStrong communication and analytical skills\n\nStrong technical skills, product management or engineering experience a big plus!\n\nAbility to operate independently and
