next-gen AI security products in a dynamic, rapidly changing domain.\nDrive Value: Work closely with Product and customers to understand business requirements and transform them into robust, high-quality technical solutions.\nCross-Functional Ownership: Collaborate end-to-end with Product, Design, and other R&D teams to execute complex cross-company projects.\nTechnical Guidance: Provide architectural overview and technical mentorship to your team, stepping in when necessary to guide proper technical decisions and implementations.\nDelivery & Quality: Own the execution, quality, and delivery of products running on endpoints and cloud environments in a high-velocity startup environment.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ years of experience in leading software development teams.\n5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using high-level programming languages.\nStrong ownership (accountability), high independence, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.\nProven ability to guide technical decisions and solutions for complex systems.\nNice to Have:\nProven experience with microservices architecture.\nBackground in cybersecurity / Endpoint Agent development.\nexperience delivering customer-value-driven products in fast-paced startup
