If you’re looking to work on disruptive technology with an amazing team, you belong here.\nWe’re growing fast and working with leading global companies, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and play a key role in driving customer value, adoption, and long-term success.\nThis is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers and helping them get the most out of OX.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation\nProvide training and guidance to help customers integrate OX into their workflows\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers throughout their lifecycle\nHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering to address complex challenges and improve the product\nMonitor customer usage, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth (retention, upsell, cross-sell)\nPartner closely with Sales to ensure long-term customer success\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS company\nExperience in cybersecurity / application security -
