If you’re looking to work on disruptive technology with an amazing team, you belong here.\nWe’re growing fast and looking for a Global Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in building and scaling our global field marketing strategy, driving impactful programs that generate pipeline and strengthen our market presence.\nThis is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, external partners, and leadership to plan and execute global initiatives that engage our customers and prospects.\nIf you’re creative, hands-on, data-driven, and excited about building scalable marketing programs in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, we’d love to meet you.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOwn and execute OX’s global field marketing strategy, including events, conferences, executive experiences, and regional marketing initiatives.\nLead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of global events aligned with business goals and pipeline objectives.\nPartner closely with Sales teams to create impactful programs that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue opportunities.\nDevelop and manage lead capture processes, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and visibility into event-generated pipeline.\nMonitor, analyze, and report on event performance, ROI, lead conversion, and key metrics to continuously improve future initiatives.\nBring creative ideas to event experiences and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and engage target audiences.\nCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences globally.\nHelp scale field marketing processes, best practices, and programs as OX continues to grow.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles.\nProven experience planning and executing global events and marketing programs from strategy to execution.\nStrong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, pipeline creation, and sales alignment.\nExperience working closely with Sales teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCreative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for building memorable experiences.\nData-driven approach with the ability to analyze results and optimize future programs.\nExperience in cybersecurity or a fast-growing startup environment -
