Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

• Research, identify, and break into target organizations through cold calls, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
• Engage CISOs, security directors, and engineering leaders in conversations about software supply chain risks
• Qualify opportunities using defined criteria and set high-quality meetings
• Leverage AI and sales intelligence platforms including Amplemarket, Clay, On.fire, and Lusha
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and feedback loops
• Learn Application Security, the software supply chain, and how companies buy security

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of B2B sales or outbound prospecting experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• At least 1 year in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Fearlessness on the phone; ability to conduct cold calling
• Sharp communication skills and ability to hold your own in conversations with senior technical leaders
• Relentless drive, coachability, and competitive spirit
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection
• Experience selling into security, DevOps, or engineering personas (bonus)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, including AppSec, SDLC, and DevSecOps (bonus)
• Creative, marketing-minded approach to prospecting (bonus)
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot and sales engagement tools (bonus)

Benefits:

• OTE: $80,000 - $110,000 (base + variable)
