In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our episode pricing and analytics operations, both to internal stakeholders as well as external customers. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and develop reports and visualizations that clearly communicate data-driven insights. You will guide and support Data Analysts on a daily basis in the development and implementation of data and statistical models.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze large amounts of healthcare data from multiple sources to support business decision making.\nPerform exploratory data analyses and evaluate data quality and usability.\nContribute to translating business requirements into models and technical analytical specifications.\nSet up data pipelines to ensure efficient and robust data processing with built-in QA and exception handling\nReview/Maintain a codebase using version control systems such as Git.\nDevelop data reports and visualizations to clearly communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide insights to support decision-making.\nContinuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for data cleansing and improvement.\nIdentify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize data flow and analysis.\nUse statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.\n5+ years of experience using Python and related libraries (pandas/numpy) for data analysis.\nExperience guiding data analysts through problem solving, computer programming tasks, and being responsible for team output.\nExperience working with large administrative data sets, preferably healthcare claims data.\nKnowledge of healthcare markets, specifically with respect to value-based care\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with version control in Git.\nExperience setting up data pipelines.\nExperience preparing results for internal and external clients.\nAbility to compose robust data processing code to enforce expected patterns and handle exceptions.\nExperience with exploratory data analyses and ability to evaluate data
