1.前瞻性新產品 (健康醫療/智慧消費性電子) 系統與機構設計; 規格與材料選型、結構力學計算/模擬、公差分析、熱傳解決方案、CAE、DFA、DFM
2.市售競品/類似產品技術分析、專利分析、文獻調研，彙整規格/優缺點，導入逆向工程分析、評估技術可執行性/成本分析; 分析專利市場並評估規避方案或設計突破點，開發撰寫並申請 (新型) 專利
3.根據前瞻設計需求開發 (新型技術) 供應鏈/商、評估製程工藝完成 CMF 選型，參與樣品製作驗證、 DFM 審查、開模試模、成品 (測量或測試) 驗收與成品管控
4.管控並建立或維護設計開發文檔，包括 : 設計圗紙、BOM、規格書、承諾書、品質文件、製造文件; 文檔皆需符合 QMS 定義之程序，可追溯、可執行、可驗證、可控管、符合法規
5.協助產品樣品製作及驗證、組裝試配、治具需求評估與治具設計、零組件品質規範、組裝/測試不良之失效分析、改善與導入
6.協助委託製造供應商製程與品質管制程序審查 (符合 QMS 規範)，包括 : 製造、質檢、組裝、測試、包裝、等項目之 "文件審查"、 "執行驗證" 與 "整改導入
