Tech stack of OXIDA
  • Centraliseren en analyseren van rapporten rond gebouwtechnische systemen afkomstig van interne teams en externe auditors
  • Ontwikkelen van overzichtelijke dashboards en rapporteringen voor verschillende stakeholders
  • Gegevens combineren uit diverse tools en rapporten om strategische analyses en planningen op te maken
  • Detecteren van synergieën tussen gelijkaardige projecten binnen verschillende gebouwen
  • Visualiseren van complexe data om besluitvorming te ondersteunen
  • Opvolgen van documentatie, vervaldata en noodzakelijke acties binnen het planningsproces
  • Evalueren van de impact van technische consignaties en operationele wijzigingen
  • Diploma Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig technisch masterprofiel
  • Minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen data-analyse, technische planning of gebouwtechnische omgevingen
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Frans is noodzakelijk
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en vlot kunnen werken met verschillende databronnen en tools
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Je voelt je goed in een stabiele deskfunctie binnen een vaste teamomgeving
  • Ervaring met rapportering, dashboards of visualisatietools is een sterke troef
