- Je werkt de technische plannen uit en verwerkt architectenplannen in AutoCAD.
- Je vraagt materiaalprijzen op, vergelijkt offertes en bereidt technische keuzes voor.
- Je vormt een duo met een projectleider die de planning opvolgt. Jullie stemmen regelmatig af en sturen bij waar nodig.
- Je neemt deel aan projectoverleg en houdt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en werfleiders over technische vragen.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van je dossiers en denkt proactief mee wanneer een project om een andere aanpak vraagt.
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica.
- Je bent vertrouwd met CAD-software en werkt graag aan technische tekeningen.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, analyseert problemen en overlegt vlot met collega's.
- Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Kennis van rook- en warmteafvoersystemen is een pluspunt. Ervaring met 3D-tekenen in AutoCAD of Revit en kennis van het Frans zijn eveneens welkom.
