The company name will be shared with shortlisted candidates ahead of interview.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nThis is a hands-on, ship-things role.\n\nEmbed on named customer projects and own them end to end: discovery, design, build, deploy and verify.\n\nBuild migration and integration pipelines on Temporal that are idempotent, resumable and auditable.\n\nModel and load customer accounting data into Postgres correctly, including reconciling it against the customer’s existing system.\n\nBuild internal tooling so recurring one-offs stop being one-offs.\n\nFeed patterns back into the core product, and productize or hand off anything that becomes permanent.\n\nShorten the path from “customer requested” to “shipped”.\n\nRequirements\n\nHardcore work ethic and high agency.\n\n5+ years shipping production full-stack software, end to end and unsupervised.\n\nDjango and Django REST Framework.\n\nPostgreSQL beyond ORM defaults: you read query plans and have run migrations against live data with customers on it.\n\nNext.js and React with TypeScript.\n\nDurable workflow experience: Temporal preferred, Celery is fine.\n\nDirect customer exposure: you’ve sat with a customer, scoped the problem with them and shipped against it.\n\nExperience with third-party APIs, webhooks, rate limits and reconciling two systems that disagree.\n\nStrong spoken and written English.\n\nNice to have:\n\nAccounting, ERP or fintech knowledge: double-entry, chart of accounts, close, AP/AR, revenue recognition.\n\nPrior forward-deployed, applied or special-projects experience.\n\nJudgment about
