Management\nManage and oversee the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Amazon store.\nDevelop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.\nMonitor key store performance metrics, including sales, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box percentage,\naccount for health, and profitability.\nEnsure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines to maintain excellent account health.\nIdentify growth opportunities through product expansion, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer\ninsights.\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stock outs and overstocking.\nReview customer feedback, product reviews, and returns to identify areas for improvement.\nListing & Catalog Management\nOversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of Amazon product listings.\nEnsure product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, images, and A+ Content are\noptimized for visibility and conversions.\nEnsure all listings follow Amazon's policies and SEO best practices.\nMonitor listing health and resolve issues such as suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variations, and\ncatalog errors.\nGuide Listing Specialists in conducting keyword research and implementing effective SEO strategies.\nSales & Advertising\nMonitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.\nAnalyze advertising performance, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.\nIdentify opportunities to improve organic rankings and overall sales performance.\nCoordinate promotional activities, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.\nReporting & Analytics\nPrepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, profitability, inventory, advertising, and\nKPIs.\nAnalyze business data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.\nTrack performance and provide management with updates on progress against targets.\nUse data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improving store performance\nQualifications (Must Have):\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.\n3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores through Amazon Seller Central.\nProven experience managing and leading a team, including Listing Specialists or e-commerce professionals.\nStrong knowledge of Amazon store operations, product listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and catalog\nmanagement.\nExperience monitoring key Amazon performance metrics, sales, revenue, conversion rates, and profitability.\nWorking knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising performance metrics.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.\nQualifications (Preferred):\nExperience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, such as the US, UK, Canada, or UAE.\nExperience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.\nKnowledge of inventory planning and forecasting.\nExperience handling Amazon account health issues, listing suppression, policy violations, and\ncatalog-related challenges.\nExperience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar platforms.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Inventory, Customer Support,\nand
