The ideal candidate will work closely with different departments,\nincluding Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Management, to optimize\nprocesses and coordinate with the ERP/Development team for automation and system\nenhancements.\nThe candidate must understand both business operations and technical ERP workflows to\nbridge the gap between users and developers.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational challenges across\ndepartments.\nGather business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into detailed ERP\nfunctional and technical documentation.\nWork closely with ERP developers and technical teams to implement system\nimprovements and automation.\nIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, duplicate work, and manual processes, and propose\nscalable ERP solutions.\nPrepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, workflow maps, BRDs (Business Requirement\nDocuments), and user stories.\nCoordinate ERP modules implementation, testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and\ndeployment activities.\nMonitor system performance and recommend continuous process improvements.\nEnsure ERP solutions align with the company's operational goals and business growth\nstrategies.\nConduct training sessions and provide ERP support to internal teams.\nCollaborate with management to improve reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business\nintelligence visibility.\nAssist in data migration, process standardization, and workflow automation initiatives.\nSupport change management and ensure smooth adoption of new ERP processes.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems,\nSoftware Engineering, or related field.\n2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant, or Process\nImprovement Analyst.\nStrong understanding of ERP systems, workflow automation, and business process\noptimization.\nExperience in translating operational requirements into technical specifications. ()\nKnowledge of process mapping, ERP implementation lifecycle, and workflow\nstandardization. ()\nFamiliarity with inventory, procurement, sales, finance, production, or supply chain\noperations is preferred.\nStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.\nAbility to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.\nExperience with tools such as ERP systems, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics,\nJira, ClickUp, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms will be an advantage.\nUnderstanding of workflow automation and business intelligence concepts is a plus.
