The ideal candidate will have experience in the signage, print, manufacturing, construction, or similar project-based industry, with strong organizational and communication skills.\nThe Project Coordinator will act as a coordination point between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timelines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate projects from initial requirements through execution and completion.\nCoordinate with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.\nLiaise with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\nTrack project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, records, and status updates.\nFollow up with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.\nIdentify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders.\nUse project management tools to assign, track, and update project tasks.\nCoordinate with procurement and other relevant teams regarding project-related requirements.\nSupport the preparation and tracking of project-related sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation.\nEnsure project information is accurately updated in the relevant systems.\nAssist in resolving project-related issues and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nRequirements:\nExperience\nMinimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project coordination role.\nExperience in signage, print, manufacturing, construction, or a related industry with similar project workflows is preferred.\nExperience working in a design-to-production or design-to-installation environment will be an advantage.\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent.\nMBA is preferred, particularly for candidates being considered for more senior responsibilities.\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on experience with at least one project management platform such as:\nZoho Projects\nAsana\nTrello\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira is a plus.\nFinancial Knowledge \n\nThe candidate should have a basic understanding of project-related financial concepts, including:\nSales Order vs. Invoice\nPurchase Order vs. Bill\nCredit Note vs. Debit Note\nSales Return\nBills\nCost of Goods Sold (COGS)\nCommunication & Soft Skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nHigh attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is someone who: \n\nHas hands-on experience coordinating projects in a signage, print, construction, manufacturing, or similar environment.\nCan effectively manage communication between multiple stakeholders.\nIs comfortable using project management and ticketing systems.\nUnderstands the basic financial documentation involved in project execution.\nIs organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing changing
