senior management.\n\nEnsure alignment between project goals and stakeholderexpectations.\n\nRisk Management:\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks.\nDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies.\nMonitor and report on project risks and issues,ensuring timely resolution.\n\nQuality Assurance:\nEnsure that all project deliverables meet the requiredquality standards.\n\nImplement and oversee testing and validationprocesses.\n\nFacilitate continuous improvement and best practicesin project management.\n\nBudget Management:\nDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuringcost-effectiveness and resource optimization.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora related field (Master’s degree preferred).\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, or similar project managementcertification.\n\n5+ years of experience in software project management.\nStrong understanding of software development life cycle(SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nProficiency in project
