Pipeline\nManagement & Commercial Reporting\nMaintain and\ntrack the global BD pipeline across regions (EU, CIS, MENA, SSA, US)\nEnsure\naccuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRM data\nDevelop\nweekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards\nSupport\nforecasting, revenue tracking, and conversion analysis\nIdentify gaps,\nrisks, and opportunities within the pipeline\n2. Proposal\n& Tender Support\n-Coordinate and support the\ndevelopment of high-quality client proposals (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs)\n-Ensure consistency in\nmessaging, pricing structure, and value proposition\n-Work cross-functionally with\nOperations, Quality, and Finance to build robust solutions\n-Maintain a centralised library\nof proposal templates, case studies, and standard responses\n-Support bid qualification and\ngo/no-go decision processes\n3. Market\nIntelligence & Opportunity Identification\n-Conduct structured market\nresearch (sponsors, CROs, clinical trial trends, modalities)\n-Support development of account\ntargeting strategies and heat maps\n-Track competitor activity\n-Identify emerging opportunities\n(e.g. CGT, LN2, decentralised trials)\n-Translate data into actionable\ninsights for BD teams\n4. Commercial\nStrategy Execution\n-Support implementation of\nglobal Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies\n-Align regional BD activities\nwith global priorities\n-Assist in development of\naccount plans for key strategic clients\n-Support pricing strategy, rate\ncard alignment, and commercial modelling\n-Track performance against\ndefined KPIs and OKRs\n5.\nCross-Functional Coordination\n-Act as a central interface\nbetween BD, Operations, Quality, and Marketing\n-Ensure alignment between\ncommercial commitments and operational capability\n-Support onboarding of new\nclients and handover to project teams, incl accounts forming part of the\nGraduation Bonus.\n-Facilitate internal\ncommunication and follow-ups on key opportunities\n6. Marketing\n& Brand Support\nCollaborate with\nMarketing on:\n-Client-facing materials\n(presentations, brochures, case studies)\n-Event preparation (conferences,\nclient events, webinars)\n-Thought leadership content\n-Ensure consistency of Oximio’s\nvalue proposition across all channels\n7. Continuous\nImprovement\n-Identify inefficiencies in BD\nprocesses and propose improvements\n-Support implementation of\ntools, templates, and automation (CRM optimisation)\n-Contribute to development of a\nscalable global BD playbook\nRequirements\n-Experience\n& Qualifications\n5-8 years’\nexperience in: Business\nDevelopment support, commercial operations, or sales enablement.Preferably\nwithin clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, or logistics\nStrong\nunderstanding of:\nClinical supply\nchain / GMP depot services. Global clinical trial landscape.
