Responsibilities 1. Data Analytics & ReportingDesign, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.\nExtract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making.\nProduce monthly KPI, performance, and trend reports tailored for executive and board audiences.\nTranslate complex data into clear visualisations, insights, and narrative summaries.\nEnsure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data used in executive reporting.\nSupport quarterly planning cycles through data analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting.\nContinuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics, and dashboards based on business needs. 2. Executive & Board-Level Engagement\nWork closely with senior leadership and Board members to understand reporting requirements and priorities.\nPrepare data-driven content for board packs and quarterly planning materials, ensuring clarity and relevance.\nCoordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to support timely and accurate executive reporting.\nEnsure information presented to the Board meets governance, confidentiality, and quality standards.\nProvide support for board meetings and events where required, ensuring data and materials are available and accurate.\nRequirements Location: Georgia Ukraine Qualifications and Experience\nQualifications\nCollege degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline. Experience\nProven experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting-focused role.\nDemonstrated experience producing executive-level dashboards, KPI reports, and insights.\nExperience working with senior leadership or Board-level stakeholders, with an understanding of executive reporting expectations.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\nProven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nExperience in multinational or cross-functional environments is highly desirable. Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (dashboard design, visuals, data modelling and processing).\nStrong Presentation skills - specifically PowerPoint.\nAbility to understand business context and apply data to explain it.\nAbility to clearly communicate insights to non-technical, senior audiences.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet executive deadlines.\nProactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate reporting needs.\nProfessional presence and confidence when engaging with executive and board-level stakeholders.
