Working closely with business users and technical teams, this role helps translate business requirements into effective application configurations and process improvements. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with a passion for learning new technologies, building business knowledge, and growing into a trusted application specialist supporting the organization's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform and related business applications.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nLearn the ECM platforms, custom applications, and supporting technologies used within the organization.\nWork with business users to understand requirements and translate them into application configurations and solutions.\nConfigure and maintain custom application toolsets to support business processes.\nAssist with application setup, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.\nSupport users by investigating issues, troubleshooting problems, and identifying appropriate solutions.\nParticipate in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.\nWork closely with developers, business analysts, and application owners to implement enhancements.\nAssist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production support.\nCreate and maintain application documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to simplify business processes and improve application usability.\nLearn new technologies and business processes to support the ongoing modernization of enterprise applications.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.\n 2-4 years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing business or enterprise applications.\nExperience working with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nBasic understanding of databases and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with application configuration, testing, and software support.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working in an Agile or similar project environment is preferred.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.\nTakes initiative and is eager to learn and grow.\nRecruitment Fraud\nIt has come to our attention various individuals and/or organizations are contacting people falsely pretending to recruit on behalf of Oxy.
