• Translate business needs into clear machine learning and research problems with measurable success criteria.• Design experiments, benchmarks, and evaluation methods to test key assumptions and technical risks.• Build and improve datasets, machine learning models, and analytical pipelines. Evaluate results, analyze failure cases, and identify the main technical bottlenecks using evidence.• Drive research from hypothesis and experimentation to evidence-based conclusions, recommendations, and next actions.• Build reliable, scalable, maintainable, and testable software and ML solutions.• Deliver agreed research milestones on time and communicate risks or blockers early.• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and research teams while keeping up with relevant technologies and industry practices.
Qualifications
0 - 4 years’ experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar roles, fresh graduates are also welcomed
Ability to write clean and concise code in Python
B.Sc., M.Sc. or PhD from an analytical background such as maths, statistics, economics, physics, computer science, informatics or engineering
Self-driven, excited to learn new technologies and interested in solving challenging problem
Love working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
A passion for doing impactful work
